I placed an order for a 12oz tumbler, but all that showed up was just the lid. I really like bison products, but this situation was disappointing. Just the lid, seriously? I’ll have to see how their customer service handles this.

My first review was based on the product I initially received. This company is a straightforward small business trying to hold its own against the big players that major retailers tend to favor. They genuinely care about their customers. I got my tumbler in the mail today, and I even ordered another one for my wife, which also arrived today. I wouldn’t think twice about ordering from them again and would definitely recommend them to friends. Mistakes happen in business, but this company is quick to address them. We’re really into our Bison coolers! Recently, we got the divider and wire rack for the 50 lb cooler, and I’m planning to grab a wire rack for the 25 soon! Awesome product!!

The way this cooler is put together is way better than I thought it would be. It works great, and the ice packs stay frozen for roughly two days. Just remember, you gotta zip it up to keep things chilly.

Fast delivery. I had these tumblers for a couple of years until I broke one of the closure clips. The replacement seems to be working just fine.

We haven't really put our Bison Cooler through its paces yet. Just took it out for a long weekend, but it held ice like a champ. My husband is a big fan of it.

It took a bit of trial and error to stop the lid from leaking, and there were no instructions on how to open it. I had no clue I needed to unscrew it, haha! I tested it with water, and now I'm used to it. McDonald's doesn't offer 32oz, so I ended up buying three large cups and just give them back empty, lol. It keeps hot coffee for 8 hours, and honestly, it's worth the price. No straw needed like those other brands! 😉
